Very tough choice. Number 10 for me. So atmospheric, so cinematic. Color is there, contrast too. Congratulations to all of the finalists. I didn’t have time to get my stuff going lately and I am so jealous....

I like #12 because it provides not only evidence of rain falling but it's effect in the community. I would like to mention that this is partly an emotional response based on my love of walking in the rain.
