Picking 1 photo out of these 15 was very hard (this problem is present every month) . This month I had a hard time choosing between 1,4, & 8.
#1 had to use a very long exposure or high ISO and is outstanding. Was this an HDR composite as people are present and they should be absent with a very long exposure.
It was hard to choose but I chose 4 maybe out of sympathy for the horses & the rider.
This contest might consider allowing us to choose 2 or 3 photos and the winner would be the photo with the highest votes.

#12 I have never seen anything else that says "cloud burst" the way this image does.
