Milky Way Over the Lifeguard Stand · **1 Like**

I was leading a small group for one of my Meetups at Assateague Island National Seashore, Berlin, MD on Jul 25, 2020. We ventured down to the beach to shoot the Milky Way over the lifeguard stand. This time of year we have to also deal with bonfires on the beach and the lights of 4 wheel drive vehicles exiting the Over Sand Vehicle (OSV) beach in the distance. This is a single image, 20 seconds, ISO 3200, shot at 11:50p.
