#6 is my favourite. Great colour and movement and human interest - like who's fingers are those?

I had a hard time. #9 was a fantastic shot - but I did not feel it conveyed with any accuracy the hobby the person was into. #6 was great - I felt clearly what the hobby was and it was immersive. #15 made me feel like I was on the ground watching a good friend climb - great effect. But in the end the one that put ME in the scene was #12. I could imagine the wind on my face while looking up into the sails.

I voted for #2, but #15 made that decision difficult. All of them were great pictures...

After being totally impressed, as a photographer I can not help but choose number 3. Several shots were staged and are absolutely excellent images,, but the elements in my choice are over the top SuperFine!

Must be one of the all-time highs among monthly contests, lots of stunning images.

And quite surprised no Bilbo or Frodo pictures in the final shots
