In honour of Ansel

Reading Ansel Adams's "The Making of 40 Photographs" I got inspired from the photo "Rose and Driftwood". As I was already started longer project of photographing flowers, I decided to repeat Ansel's photograph on my own way. I used Ilford PanF Plus 50 film and took many shots with different contrast settings and setups. And got probably two of my best photos of last year - this one here and one with very different setup but with same lily and black background. Now both these prhotographs hang on the wall printed on top class paper, framed and covered with "museum-glass".
