So, #2, just the juxtaposition of the two individuals (don't know if they are together or not) is good.

Also, #8, the smiling faces are an eye drawer.

Congratulations to all Nominees and Finalists.

Such a great compilation of Finalist images, making it so very difficult by being restricted to just one choice.

I chose #11 finally, after a very long personal debate, for its technical qualities (High contrast, yet broad exposure latitude with detail in the shadow area of the image), and the aesthetic composition that invites the viewer to contemplate the subjects in the scene. The "Down-pipe", looks so hard and cold in its demarcation between the younger children and the older, growing boy.

Geez. this is difficult. I like so many of them! #1, #4, #5, #8, #10, #11, #12, #13 are the ones I'm going to choose from. Now, to decide between posed and candid... okay, the different pov of #8 wins my vote.

Several very creative images, my hat's off to all the finalists.

The hard choice was between #14 and # 15, two very different images, but both convey a dynamic feel.

Most of the entries are awesome. It was tough job for me to decide between #2, #4, #6 and #15 - all should be in the top three medalists, but for the fact that the count does not match

Difficult, but finally I decided for number 15. Maybe not so much emotion, but more a feeling of time. Technically great photo, taken at the right moment!
