Saying goodbye to Emma

One of the hardest shots I've ever taken. Not well done, technically wanting, but one of the more emotional shots of my half century of shooting.

Our fifteen year old Emma is crossing the rainbow bridge in my wife's arms. She was a wonderful being, the definition of light and love. Saying goodbye was heartbreaking.

I offer this not only for the contest, but so I can spread the love this little critter brought to the world to as many people as possible.

Thanks so much for taking a look. Love while you can, life is short.
