I have to say this batch is the most different on my phone to computer yet.

Many have said they don't like the heavy photoshop used in these. To you lot, I say, I never agree with your voting. I think my pick is usually around 4th at best. I disagree with all but about 9-15% of you on every subject so far.

I did skip many I thought too processed and some I thought didn't have enough pop. Can I change my name to Goldilocks?

Hello everyone, I have voted for the one I liked the most, regardless of whether it was revealed or edited. Revealed does shoot in RAW or edited in JPG.
If someone applies too many effects, it is the photograph itself that betrays it, which is not natural, therefore, it seems to me that in a contest it is out of place because it is exposed to being branded as unnatural. On the other hand, it is an art and is open to all kinds of visual experimentation, such as abstract art. We would only have to see if the photograph meets the requirements and the theme of the contest.

This is one of the best contest ourcomes ever on Pentax Forums that I have seen. So many great images to choose from, there should be at least three prizes. While some complain about image manipulation, I would argue several images could be much better if shadows and/or blacks would be lifted to reveal or display more detail...

Well I voted #1, looks less photoshopped to me from the others. I wish there were rules(which would be hard to enforce) as to limited amount of software editing. I realize some is needed but not to where the pictures look unrealistic. I am old school on editing, I think the photographer should know his cameras well enough to take less needed edited pictures. Just my opinion. Thanks

I'm old school to, taught photography for over 30 years & still only ever shoot manual, but I have to disagree. We should learn to use the tools at our disposal, that way we have a choice as to how far we want to use them or not. If you reject photo editing of a digital image you are never going to bring out a photo's full potential. Old school we did it in the dark room, with some very nasty chemicals, dodging & burning to bring up a focal point, combining images to create our vision. Now it's done on a PC.
