While visiting the italian part of the family for the first time, my cousin and his wife, as amazing hosts and devoted catholics they are, took us to Paola, in Cosenza, Calabria, to show us where Saint Francis of Paola lived.
Here I registered a moment when she was explaining some of the history of the place to my wife.
It was a remarkable day trip with them
