Oh WOW, I know exactly where that is. I went to a wedding reception at the restaurant upstairs there a couple of years ago. That whole plaza used to be owned by the family of a good friend of mine.

Hi Chiem,
It still has a restaurant up there. They also have a Teppanyaki restaurant nest to it.
This area has grown into food paradise for asian food.
