The DA*300 does present challenges with harsh OOF highlights and sometimes I would deal with them in PP. In this case I loved the contrast of the 18/9 point stars and the streaky edge heavy OOF highlights so let them be. It adds extra colour to the rather monochromatic, clean, morning light.
