I don't think I can narrow it down. These photos are among the best I've ever seen. Fantastic -- all shooters should be commended for the effort put forth to obtain these photographs. The fact that they used Pentax cameras is icing on the cake!!

Truly great photos, I really do think Pentax should be proud for itself for having such an artsy community. I had a hard time eliminating some great art photos with great theme and subject, just because of they were out of Dynamic Range. Few adjustments or taking some other time with more proper light would make them great photos of history of photography. I might be exaggerated a bit, say sample great photos in the photography lectures.

Well, my choices are in. Picking a final 6 from a culled 14 was not easy. Great shots, and several that got me itching to try similar shots (all in my 6, obviously :-)

I do have a question, though. Someone was able to read the EXIF data from one of my previous entries, which I think is great. However, I've tried to look at the EXIF data of some of these contest photos that particularly interested me, and there was no data. So, now I'm wondering if there's a particular trick to doing that or have people started stripping that information before posting the pictures in the contests?

Two tools I use to read EXIF data are the Pentax Photo Browser and ExifTool. I believe access to the EXIF data, either posted or in the picture, is a valuable learning tool.

Much better entries than previous months. I agree with another person who said a lot of photos were borderline in fitting the theme. Still, I had about 8 superb ones I could have voted for rather than 6.

To pick the photos I like, I usually scroll through them from top to bottom at a good clip, and the ones I like jump out at me.

This month, most of them are jumping out at me!

It's going to hard this month.

By the way, did the Morning contest end yet?
