Luckily trolls are slow creatures . Both in body and in mind so I had plenty of time to take photo and get to a safe distance before it discovered me.

Ha! Great find

Catching up with some recent K-S1 bits and pieces. These are all with the Super Takumar 20mm.

Took the K-S1 to my trip to Columbus, Ohio last week... it's the perfect travel camera, nice and small I didn't even feel the need to take a super-light lens with me this time.

Some more fun with the K-S1... and the DA 16-45. All at 45mm, I seem to use that focal length a lot... no wonder most of my prime lens usage is with one of my 50s

Video fun with the K-S1

The nectar levels on my hummingbird feeder are dropping rapidly, and this shows why (shot wide open from about ten feet away with a DA*300/4 on the F 1.7x TC = 510mm/6.7, which gives just enough Depth of Field for one bird).

B&W Swallowtail

I was taking some colorful flower photos, but forgot that the camera was in monochrome mode. This shot is just a JPG shot from the K-S1 and D FA 50mm f/2.8 macro lens, cropped.
