The Tamron Adaptall-2 24mm f/2.5 and 28mm f/2.5 are excellent performers and readily available … I still use mine, simply because I can
… don't you love backward compatibility!
Anything much wider than 24mm is starting to get into "desirable" territory, simply because the older lenses were designed for full-frame (film) use, so were considered to be "ultra-wide" and less popular, so there are fewer of them about
One zoom option I can recommend which might tick several boxes is the Sigma 21-35mm. Mine's in M42 and has followed me around since the '70's, but the later version was also in PK fit.
35mm primes fell out of favour with the introduction of the "standard" 35-70mm or 28-80mm type "kit" lenses, so do seem to be thin on the ground in PK mount. Vivitar had one in their TX range, I don't know if they produced it with a fixed PK mount.
Good luck
