Pentax K-S2 > where can I find the "image sync" app?

Hello,

I just received my Pentax K-S2 and it's a great camera.
But I can't find the "image sync" app in de Google Play Store.
Is it only available in the US? I live in The Netherlands,

Does anyone know where I can download it?

Kind regards,
Peter

Doesn't appear to be any such named app in the play store.
I've used SweetHome in the past with success

Good question. I looked at the owners manual and it sounded like Pentax is supposed to have their own app, since it can control the camera like the FLU card can on other cameras and they made a comment about the screen shots might not be exactly what it will look like. I just looked in the Apple app store (I have an iPhone) and didn't see anything that specific - and I'm in the US. Does anyone have any more information about this app? I'm not planning on buying a K-S2 any time soon, though it's hard to resist the white one with the new collapsible kit lens.

I'm also looking forward to early adopter reports.

Or imagine the white one with the collapsible kit, and the white 55-200. I'm thinking real fashion accessories here.

After all whats the deal with colourful cameras, if you can't get matching lenses.

Right! Add a couple of silver limited lenses and you'd be all set!

Definitely lots of bling, A white K-S2 with a silver DA 15 would certainly look nice next to this:

Would that be off the charts bling squared?

On the German homepage of Ricoh the description of the K-S2 lists the 'Image Sync' App as one of the cameras main features stating the app is 'available' in the App Store and Google Play.

If the app is 'not quite ready' ( same story with Tethering for the 645Z ) they should make note of that appropriately in my opinion and not advice it as 'ready to be downloaded'.

Apparently the release of the app (for both iOS and Android) has been delayed. They expect a release within March.

In the German 'Pentaxians' forum one cited the answer of a Pentax representative. The app shall be available from 10th of March.
