Just shot this out the office window and transferred to my phone via wi-fi.

I like that k-s2 to phone capability also. Nice winter storm you have there.

I was excited abut this option but won't connect to my phone because they have not updated their app to be compatible with Android 6.0.

The app needs some work, I'm hoping they add the ability to only see jpegs.
I shoot RAW+jpeg and if I accidentally download a raw it's too much for my phone to handle.

I'm awaiting my new K-S2 today, should by here any minute hehe. I'm wondering how the wifi picture transferring is going to work with my iPhone ??

I use the Android app but it's probably similar. It's usable for me most of the time now and occasionally flaky. It worked well when I used it yesterday.

It works well with the iphone. The app though is not very intuitive and user friendly as matt pointed out. Data transfer is also slow in my iphone 5.

Unfortunately the older I get the less I seem to appreciate snow. But I like that shot. I found your office window on Google Earth in street view. Beautiful country out there. How is the beer across the street?

Ha! Yeah, I'm in the oldest building on the block.

High Alpine just started brewing (and only just opened for business in late fall) so it isn't ready yet. A few of my friends own and run it and I have faith their beer will be top quality!

Mexican bar in Pietras Negras last Saturday night Mostly ISO 51,000, in color, converted to B&W. Why I had to have a flip LCD on my next camera, so why I selected the K-S2.

^ Wow! That's pushing the ISO to the limits.

Pileated woodpecker.
Had to shoot through open mini blinds in the door, then adjust contrast in Picasa.
I hang the suet cake upside down to help keep trash birds from eating it.

And my luck. Actually, very much not the first time I've done this. In fact, I'd be more leary in an American bar. People here are so ready to look for trouble. Mexicans just glance my way, move on. Very generalized, of course.

^ Interesting. I haven't been to Mexico for a while now. The last time I set foot in Mexico was in December of 2007. I went to Puerto Nuevo, Baja California. Shortly after that, all those drug cartel incidents started happening & I basically haven't been there since. I've been wanting to go, though. It's only about 2 hours south of me. Cheap fun!

I would love to do a road trip from Tijuana to Cancun, but with my luck, I'll probably get robbed along the way. Haha!
