One of my first images from my new Forest Green K-S2.
With DA 17-70 f/4 AL SDM, and some slight adjustments in Apple Photos.

Had some fun with Apple photos.
K-S2 with DA 17-70. A high contrast image so the highs were blowned out and the tangerine colour was bleeding and washed out, didn't liked it but "straight out of the box" but I did this instead. I like this one...

Cool umbrellas! I agree, the kit lens combo is unobtrusive. I remain impressed with the 18-50- it's really a well performing kit lens, one of the best ever in it's class for sure.

Thank you. Those were taken for my astrophotography article series. For the lenses, some were taken with the Samyang 10mm f/2.8 and others with the FA Limted 31mm. I also used the 40mm f/2.8 XS for some and that worked well, but I'm not sure if any of those were taken with that lens.

When new technology meets old:

Taken on the Meyer Optik Gorlitz Domiplan:

In contrast, taken with an AF lens - the sigma 105/2.8 macro

how do i get my flickr links to display the image? do i have to attach them?
On the Flickr page, view the image that you want to share. Click the arrow to get the various links to share. Click on "BBCode" and select the size you want. (1024 is good, usually.) Copy and paste the link it gives you in the box below directly into the reply box here in the thread (no need to add anything extra). Preview the post to make sure it looks good. :-) Post away!
