Wow I just bought a KS2 as a stop gap camera before getting the K1 in the next 2 years. I'm very impressed so far. Shot at ISO 400 will all of the shadows and highlights recovered without issue  Pentax KS-2 Testing by John Rudolph, on Flickr Shot at ISO 800 and pushed 3 stops to ISO 6400. Shot at ISO 3200 pushed to 6400 for testing. It might be better than my K3. I'm on assignment at the Sasquatch Festival tomorrow and the KS-2 and K3 are front and center. My KX and my K200D got retired today. Well, I took the KS-2 to the Sasquatch Festival for it's first concert shoot. Wow...it did great! Super backlit and other pros with 5D3's left lighting was so tough.
