My Betta

This is a picture of my Betta Miracle using my K-S2 and DA 35mm.

He is named Miracle because I accidentally siphoned him out of his tank and into the garbage disposal when I was cleaning his tank.
I did not check him afterwards and the next morning discovered he was missing. To my horror, I realized what I had done and checked the disposal.
He was still alive although he looked a little worse for wear. He made a full recovery and the picture is of the fish post recovery.

My wife has instructed me to be more careful next time I clean the tank........

I love the contrast here. Photographer Michael Kenna has a similar look and I love that too.

Here's one from a few nights ago. This lens is reasonably sharp with plenty of light . Not so much in low light . this was taken in a light rain overcast and sun setting

The 2 flower pics were taken with a Sigma 70-300mm DG Macro at 300mm. The cigar pic was with the 18-55 DAL and the fisheye is with a 7mm Spiratone T-Mount .

Old lens Fa 28-105 mm F4-5.6 sample photo to my KS2. It took a long time to find out that i should set it to "A" aperture settings to work right.

The smoky haze in the mountains...

It's been so smoky from all the wildfires in the West, decided to try and use it to my advantage.

A Tokina 500mm f/8 mirror lens was on my tripod-mounted K-S2.
