Does the K-S2 have the same battery as the K-5/K-3?

No. It's the same D-Li109 as the K-r/30/50/500/S1.

I just found a battery branch named "Pisen Pentax D-Li90" which seems compatible with K-5. Have anyone here used it before? Does it work well ?

I haven't use that one but I have used the Wasabi branded batteries for K-5 & K-3. They seem to work pretty well for me but I have heard others had mixed results. I hear some of the off-brand batteries are terrible.

I just recently received my K-3II and thought that it has the same battery as my k-5II. I found that the K-3Ii has the D-Li90P and my k-5II uses D-Li90. The D-Li90P has 4 terminals while D-Li90 has 3. Some said that you can use K-5 batteries on the K-3 and vice versa. Wouldn't that be harmful? I hope you fuus can help. Thanks.

The additional pin is used only by the charger. See this thread:

I just gave a try with "Pisen Pentax D-Li90", battery life seems ok. My K-5 was working without any issue so far. Compatible with K-5 original charger.

I got the Wasabi two battery and charger bundle for the smaller battery now too. So far so good but I'm only a couple of cycles in.
