Might as well add my 2 pence worth, I see dust spots at f8 mainly against blue skies, 400 iso seems to produce more noise than I would like and I was thinking of contacting that Dyson bloke to see if he would do a small hoover for camera sensors, with the constant use of the rocket blower my forearms are getting close to Popeye's. I tend to change lenses wherever I am, I don't look for an air tight lab environment so it's probably my fault and the fact that the 70-300 Tamron likes to collect specimens from everywhere it's been.

Thank you everybody, who helped me now my shots looking "good" again. Haven't removed the dust but I will do it in the future.

This is a shot I made today. A pilot ship which was bringing a big ship into the harbour.

Depending on your editor you may be able to clone out the dust spots.
