That 20 Mpix sensor is/was a great one, I wish Pentax could have kept it in play longer. Just like the Sony 12Mpix its time was brief but memorable!

Superb close up images! I really like the gentle processing and way the subjects emerge from the darker backgrounds ....all expertly done !

Excellent shots. I have always liked the shots made with the KS1 and KS2. As mentioned above the sensor in these cameras is special.

Marvelous macro shots! Outstanding! I agree, the exposures and post processing, whatever may have been done, produced great results. I am very fond of the image quality I've been getting from my little K-S2.
