problem with the shutter release

after focusing' when releasing the shutter it clicks twice and the pictures are out of focus; tried to update the software but it didn't change anything...any idea what is wrong?

Maybe a misaligned mirror. With possibly a deeper laying problem

What happens in live view?

If you set clarity enhancement to "on", clicking sound twice is normal. Turn off camera and reset from menu.
