Tamron Adaptall-II Lens and Pentax K-S2 compatibility question

Now I have a question. I have an old Tamaron Adaptall-II 80-210 zoom with a 2x Multiplier. If I were to get a Pentax adapter for the Adaptall-II would it would with the K-S2? I understand everything would probably be in manual mode as that lens was purchased for a Fujica 705W film camera about 30 years ago.

as the lens is an Adaptall-2, if you were to attach it to a P-KA adapter, you'd be able to control the lens' aperture in-camera....

This.

They work pretty well with the regular PK mounts too, but obviously M mode only. Note PK/A adapters fetch quite a price online at eBay and such.

The PK-A adapter is very expensive, difficult to find.

With the standard PK adapter all manual.
I would not spend the money for the PK-A Adapter, because old heavy zoom-lenses are just not for me.
The multiplier will not make it a better lens either.

I have a 60-300mm #23A AdaptAll lens; I purchased a "PKA" and several "PK" adapters from eBay, and the lens works fine on my K-30, so your lens should work fine on the K-S2 also. I got a good price on the "PKA" adapter, but its not very reliable at 'A' setting {maybe why I got the good price}, so I don't use it at that setting very often. I also purchased a #01F 2X to use with it, but most photos taken with that combination show an unacceptable amount of purple fringing, so if I were you, I'd try the 80-210mm lens without the 2X multiplier first.
