Hi all. Thank you for (trying) to keep it friendly and steer the thread back from the brink of closure.

I hope I didnít get anyone too upset. I am in no hurry to get any drivers, so I have time to research. Thank you for the information.
If you are ever in the Charlotte area I have a set of the Hozan drivers and you can handle them in person.

Moody Tools in the US makes JIS drivers and seem to be of decent quality. Readily available from a number of vendors online.

If you need long shaft blades, the Society of Photo-Technologists in the US sells them:
Screwdrivers | SPT / C&C

Those long shaft blades don't appiear that good to me, no hardened tips.

To make things even more complicated:
There actually is a JCIS standard in Japan, which went almost unnoticed in the West.

Vessel used to call their screwdrivers JIS and JCIS, such as Vessel TD56s
All Vessel have hardened tips and last very long.

If I recall it right it was actually Vessel introducing JCIS.

JCIS screws are slightly different to JIS:

There are as well JCIS Hex-screws.

WERA Germany doesn't even get it that Japanese JCIS are not PH, they call their JCIS PH/Phillips Recess:
https://www.tooler.de/neue-artikel-ohne-kategorie/stahlwille/wera-phillips-r...ts-677925.html
But they are not similar to JCIS Vessel!

My Moody JIS worked very nicely on multiple K-S1 and K-S2 bodies...
