Yes you can, as of last year we've found an affordable global shipping option based in the UK. Shipping will be as little as $3.99 within Europe and up to $7.99 for more remote places.

Teespring can't do polo shirts yet, I don't believe, and when we did offer them demand was low due to significantly higher unit cost. Will keep an eye out for the options available to us.
