It seems we have a misfire. Can I safely shut my eyes and wait for the 11:00UTC raffle and trust the originally scheduled
05:00UTC 07/29 raffle will be rolled out to 05:00UTC 07/30? Or will the 05:00UTC 07/29 raffle randomly appear some time
over the next 5hrs, 45min?

Without knowing for sure, I'd say he may have meant the raffle will start tonight at midnight when he said Sunday...I'm sure it will all work out.
