Well that must have been the fastest 50 posts in the world, I clicked the thread when my PC clock clicked over and posted as soon as I saw the thread, and I still missed it!

Well that sucks. I tried to enter at one minute after the opening bell, and there was an error that all entries were claimed.

Gone in the 1.5 secs it took for the page to refresh - missed out due to distance from the Pentax HQ servers - oh the tyranny of distance.

Even had a few words in clipboard ready to paste to save time...

There certainly would in the UK - a cousin of my wife's kindly sent her a largish parcel of quality used clothes as a gift once, and we had to pay quite a bit to get customs to release it.

My internet sucks. As soon as the clock went to 7 am and I refreshed it took forever for the page to load. Maybe I should be trying for a raffle for a new, faster internet instead!

All entries in the first thread were claimed in less than 10 seconds...my browser was still refreshing...I pressed refresh at exactly 7:00 AM, the page that loaded still said thread closed...second refresh had the open thread, but all entries had already been claimed...
