In the first two threads I couldn't get in, the second opened very late and for a very short time I saw two or three members of pentaxforums,

I was successful in getting into the third thread and it's a great result for me. because I have a slow connection, so I do not complain even a little.

In my opinion, I will faster work faster on K -1 than I will win it

The entry thread will be created just before the contest starts. There will be no contest if there are not enough posts this month. You can only enter the contest if you have at least 10 posts this month. You can read the rules in the appropriate thread.

It is funny how rapidly post volume has fallen off. At one point we thought we would be at 40000+ by 3 days from now.

Yes, that was part of my thinking too. I think we will probably meet the K-1 minimum number.

Taking a strict average I would say yes - likely by the 27th or 28th. But the average is skewed by the first 10 days. My assumotion takes into account that some will pile on later and push up the count per day.

I fell down on the job this weekend. Had too much fun doing actual photography. Lol.

I've been watching daily volume.
With the exception of last Thurs-Fri-Sat volume has been sufficient to put a K-1 into play,
and we're still doing better than June, when we were behind the needed numbers until volume suddenly slopped upward a few days before the end.
