Yes I like that Adam is at least trying to smooth out the kinks and be as reasonable under his defined rules of the contest.

I really think you need to rethink the entry process for this giveaway- it is frustrating when a person attempts to enter and the system does not work as described- and have a very small additional thread really does not make up for it

I know the technical issues were frustrating. But, I’m sure the kinks will be worked out by next month. This is a generous gesture by Adam to host this raffle. He and all the mods do a great job here. This is an awesome community.

I didn't enter (as I already own 2 of them - no need to be more of a glutton) and feel they are one of the best cameras on the market, plus they are just a joy to use.
Thanks PF for making this possible to the community (Adam & team, posters, entrants and all). Many forums are just about talk, here it is helping promote what the forum members are passionate about, so good to see.

It does suck to know I'm already out for July..but it's not all about me.

I hope the other events will not also be 11utc -assuming we post enough in the future of course!

I joined couple month ago just to buy a lens, even if I knew the website through the lenses reviews. Since my K-30 is dying (aperture motor), I found this giveaway, and I wish I could win this beauty =)

You have my sympathy. My K-30 seems to be slowly developing issues with the aperture control block. I assume you've read all the material here about that.

Despite the chaos all was well handled. A big kudos to Adam and Co. for providing and maintaining not only a wonderful resource,
but IMO the best photography website on the interwebs. And mucho kudos to all the regular members who contribute to make a
friendly, helpful and informative experience. Your continued enthusiasm did much to keep the environment civil today.
