So if the third thread fills up, there will be 338 entries. But in July I'm not sure the third thread filled.

July had 4 Raffle Threads and the 4th and last one did not fill up even after being open for more than 1 hour.

Perhaps you didn't submit the upload? Once properly uploaded, it will show up just above the attachment button, and also in the upload window.
