We need to pick up the pace if we want that K1 to be up for grabs.

that is the best way to do it, if the overall post count reaches the minimum

here are the rules once again:

To recap:
The community must reach 45,000 posts each month
At that point, 3 threads will be created 8 hours apart, and the first 80 posters in each will get a raffle entry

Automatic raffle entry if you have 180+ posts


Raffle participants must have at least 10 forum posts in the month of the raffle

The winner is drawn at random, and we will ship a K-1 to the winner
If the community reaches 51,000 posts by the end of the month, the prize gets upgraded to a K-1 II

Yes,I'd noticed that - last month started ahead and never looked back, this one started slowly and has never really been up with the count. I'm sure we'll make it, but it will need a little acceleration to make it comfortably.There's little of the fun posting in order to raise the count that we had in June - I think that's a factor.

add to that the problem what some members apparently have about posts they view as being made only to build the post count

I think that also has contributed to the lack of enthusiasm

Yes - today's top poster is somebody who chugs along at that rate regardless, mostly playing games and doing the odd monthly competition - so far on 23 - back in June there were people racking up hundreds os posts a day - hell, I'm even among the top posters today at the moment!

never been on top of the " top poster " list, but have increased my daily posting since the contests were announced

have posted enough to be among the top posters for the month of June and July so I am in the final raffle, if one is held that is

I try to vary my posts from comments on serious and non serious threads and posting photographs

sometimes I am not all that successful on that practice
