They also repair Canon equipment, and two of the techs from the old Pentax repair facility work there. IN fact if folks from the US wanted to ship them stuff for repair (not warranty) I'm sure they'd accept them, but I'd phone first to make sure.

Montreal, Canada : Zone 7
I've had a very positive experience with Zone 7.
It is a small home based camera repair shop that has been in the business for a long time. A friend of mine referred me to Marc, the guy behind zone 7, and I'm amazed at the variety of his skills. He has repaired her Canon L glasses replacing motors and what not, but he also fixed the tension of some springs or whatever in my lovely Pentax MX. It had a problem with the mirror at slow shutter speed (it was staying open) and he knew exactly what was the problem and it was fixed in 15 minutes - that includes the verification of all shutter speeds and the accuracy of the light meter. Truly impressed with Marc. All the work was done in front of me as well - I was welcomed to stay.
He has all the equipment to work on older SLR and medium format camera and he is very clear about what will be done, replaced, tried, etc.
I purchased an as is Pentax 16-50mm once that had a stuck focusing ring (it wouldn't turn past 35mm) and he opened it up, fixed it and it is now working very well. He has also CLA'd a Pentax K1000 for me and I will be meeting him soon for two or three more Pentax SLR that I have home (a MX, KX and ME super).

This is a growing list of Pentax repair/service providers.
I saw that you added 'authorised warranty ...' to your post, as I mentioned before, the German facilities listed are all listed on the Ricoh Germany website as 'Service partners', so are authorised warranty repair centres. Furthermore, they are listed under 'Germany and Austria', thus it appears that there are not authorised service partners in Austria and you can add 'and Austria' to the 'Germany' headline

Also, this is the one service partner listed for Switzerland (for all Pentax cameras, lenses, flashes and binoculars):

Jäger AG, Bremgarten

Correct. They stopped repairing Pentax gear when Precision took over. CRIS won't even look at Pentax gear any more (I asked, they referred me to Precision claiming all their tools were shipped to them).

Here in the UK there is Harrow Technical. They only do film Pentax cameras and manual lenses. Clear pricing on their website. Apparently made up of old pentax techncians. Web is here: Pentax Camera Repair Specialists - Harrow Technical

Pentax Central America seams to be only in Costa Rica:

Dima Industrial Y Comercial, S.A.
(506)-2222-3969 / 2257-1772
Avenida Central, Calles 3 Y 5
San Jose

Ricoh does have a big facility in Panama see: Página Oficial de Ricoh ® - Impresoras, Copiadoras, Multifuncionales, y Gestión Documental de Ricoh I contacted them but they replied they dont distribute/sell nor service Cameras.
which is not understandable as Panama has a huge Free Zone that distributes allover Latin America and is also a cross point for international transit. In local shops you find anything from Canon, Nikon, Sony and Panasonic, but nothing from Pentax, seams they dont pay attention to the market here.

That's amazing - cameras repaired while U watch! I'm the sort of person who would pay to watch a CLA as a spectator sport, which possibly makes me kind of strange, but whatever. One could understand the repairman not wanting undue attention, though.
