Taking Tele-Westanar apart

I need to lubricate my new Tele-Westanar 135 f3.5, and I am not sure how to take it apart. The end of the lens looks easy enough, but the front seems to have a tiny screw. The hole is almost pin-sized. Are there screwdrivers that small? Here are some pictures. Thank you!

Sorry, I guess loading them from my phone didn't work.

Once you have the screw out, you should be able to rotate out the front group with a rubber tool.

Thank you! I was looking at those, but thought they were thicker, than the diameter of the hole. Will give this a try.
