Someone who can repair Pentax FA 85mm/1.4 Lens Hood

I just purchased a used Pentax FA* 85mm/f1.4 with lens hood. While the lens hood connects nicely on to the lens for normal use, the hood does not properly connect to the lens for storage due to the broken "capture" ring. Can any advise who might have parts and can repair this lens hood?

And then please let others know the answer. I have that lens as well, and getting that lens hood into the storage position can be challenging at times. I could possibly be needing the answer to that question as well.
