UK with service centre ...

Now that Johnsons Photopia LTD are in Administration, we are being told to contact German or French service centres. I don't have any urgent need of repairs, but I would prefer to deal with a UK centre for ease of postage and reduced language issues if/when I have a need.

Anyone, any idea if we in the UK are going to be supported ?

I'll take a look at the link above. In the meantime Ricoh are saying:

At this moment in time we are unable to predict how long the situation with Johnons Photopia being under administration will take.
We do not have any information yet about a United Kingdom replacement service center, or any official service center in the United Kingdom that might take over the service duties of Johnons Photopia.

We'd wish to be able to tell you more about the current situation and what to do with a UK solution.

So until we have found an alternative to Johnson Photopia or an end date for Johnsons Photopia administration period, we can only suggest that you send your product to one of our official German or French service centers.

We are sorry to inform you but we (haven't ??) received any update about JPSS. So we do not know anything about this news. If we have an update we will inform you accordingly.

So who knows what's going on...
