Tight 645 Lens Mount

Now that I’ve added a 2nd lens (75mm + 45mm f2.8) to my 645, I’ve noticed that removing and mounting lenses requires more force than it should. I definitely feel the flanges dragging / grinding excessively as the lens is rotated.

I suspect the tension spring (or whatever the proper name is) has become deformed, but I haven’t seen any form of parts schematics online (free, at least). Further, it looks like removal of the body shell is required to get inside to replace it.

Does anyone know of a procedure for fixing this issue? I have done google and YouTube searches to no avail. Thanks in advance.
