Pentax MX negatives problem

I apologize first if i'm posting in the wrong section ... However, I will illustrate the problem:
I have shoot 3 rolls of b/w and 1 in color with a Pentax MX and i got the same problem in every photo (attached photo).
Initially I thought i did something wrong during development (nothing easier since I'm a noob: -) but I excluded the hypothesis after i got the same problem with the color film developed by a local lab.
I think that could be a shutter problem, I also point out that in each roll 3-4 photos are not cut and they are exposed correctly while the remaining ones always show the same problem ...

It looks like you were using a high shutter speed and the second shutter curtain caught up with the first one. This commonly happens when a higher shutter speed is used. If the first shutter curtain takes 12 milliseconds to go across the frame and the second one only takes 10 milliseconds to go across the frame and you are using 1/500th ( a two millisecond exposure) or 1/1000 ( a one millisecond exposure) part of the frame will get blocked out. If using 1/250 or slower and the problem goes away, that is the problem.

If what pentaxus says is correct, you have a malfunctioning shutter and a repair is required. Both curtains should move across the focal plane at the same speed. What controls the shutter speed is the width of the slit between the two curtains.
