Camera is back in NZ. It's awaiting courier pickup in Christchurch so hopefully it will get to me without too much further delay.

And it's arrived! All fixed, looking good as new. NZ Agent sent me a pretty nice camera bag as a gift in apology for the long wait to get this sorted, althoug, not their fault - COVID-19 issues fraight from Japan and all.

Thanks! Sadly no, work got in the way. With a bit of luck, I'll get a bit of time some time over the weekend.
It's been almost 4 months - another day or two's not going to make a difference!

Mark, Glad it's finally back. Now you need to procure a backup K1. Then your first one will never break again. Kind if weird how that always works out.

Good lesson.

As I sell off cameras (and lenses) I need to remember to keep one extra camera (KP?) in case the K-1 breaks.
