And more than a month for a repair feels like a long time without a camera ! 😰
Likely the technological stuff.
The month ... I way unlucky - I sent my KP for repair about two weeks before the change of the official Pentax servis in Prague (November/December). In December the new service centre started communication with Ricoh representatives about the documentation and possible ways of repair. Pentax equipment is new for them as well.
