Clean filters in SMC PENTAX REFLEX 1:11 1000mm

I was trying to shoot the Jupiter/Saturn conjunction with this wee beast.
It looks like there is some stuff on a few of the built-in filters in this beast.

Possibly outgassing of lubricant, or just a few years crud.

I know how to clean the glass; but I don't know how to get the filter wheels out.

Anyone know how to remove the filter wheels so I can clean the filters?

I’m guessing you have to disassemble it.
