Carl Zeiss Planar T* 1.4/85 ZK

Hi,
I have the following photo lens:
Carl Zeiss, Planar T*, 1.4/85 ZK
I bought this lens brand new ~ 10 years ago and I used it 2-3 times a year.
Over the last few years, the zoom ring started to tighten up. To me, it seems the lens helicoid is gummed up and needs to be re-lubricated. There is no mechanical grinding when turning the zoom ring.

I contacted Carl Zeiss repair service in Hebron KY. I was told they do not have any tools to repair this lens => they provided me with some addresses of camera repair shops.

So my question is, are any of you aware of a repair service shop for Carl Zeiss Planar lenses.
