Sharing a Moment

On a cold January afternoon after a heavy snow storm the sky cleared and the sun came out. Sitting in my kitchen I noticed a male and female Eastern Bluebird sat together on the shepherd's hook just outside our window. I grabbed my camera and from the comfort of my warm home I watched as the female kept trying to catch the attention of the male. I took a number of photos of the pair. After a few moments the male finally glanced in the direction of the female and their eyes locked together as they shared this special moment.

This was a very special moment to witness and record through the eye of my camera.
