That such beauty grows wild in certain corners of my property is astounding. You can cover the bloom with a nickle and I did use a combination of closeup lenses and a little crop to bring the view closer. I chose f16 to increase depth of field. As a presentation image for this contest, I added the vignette to help focus the eye on the minute glory of this "Day Flower." or "Spider Wort." ... "Widow's Tears" is a great name. I shot it last June and look forward to seeing them flourish again. ...love...
