First -- I'm howling! To find that kind of personality, wit, sensuality and drama in what usually would be a formal still life is phenomenal and so exquisitely and elegantly photographed. The lighting, textures, tones and shapes are heightened by the choice of black and white and a dark background with subtle details. A wonderful nod to Edward Weston with a new creative twist. This "caricature" really captures 2022 and the past few years (unfortunately ongoing) of political, religious, social and economic factions conspiring against each other. Bravo!!! NOMINATED!
