Yeah. I had a few APS-C lenses in mind that I wanted to get for my K-50, but now that the rumored price of the K-1 body looks reasonable, there could be a possibility that for the first time ever, I might jump onto this new technology rather than ride on older generation cameras. I tend to stay behind a few generations due to cost. It's cheaper & they still perform very good, compared to the latest generation cameras. I had planned on picking up a K-3 or K-3II when it reached a $500 or less body price. That would have been about the time that the next generation APS-C cameras were phasing them out. Like late this year or sometime in 2017.
I'm not too invested in the Pentax APS-C area with my 2 K-50 bodies & 4 lenses. I can still use the 4 lenses on the K-1, but I'd rather be getting FF glass if I do get the K-1 to get the full benefit of shooting FF & also use that FF glass on my K-50.
But it all depends on the pricing of the K-1.
