Thank you it's a great place to hike, I'm definitely going back there once foliage starts turning.

I like that sand dune shot!

Searching carefully, one can see a few people on the dunes. Nice shot. Thanks.
Thanks! This one puts the size of people and dunes in better perspective. Also taken with the FF modified DA 60-250

I'm not one to get motion-sick, but that image makes me feel a bit dizzy.

Bruce, you have really taken a shine to that 85mm, and thanks for sharing how you are doing those flash shots.
Really pro looking work, nice!
Eric
Thanks Eric, some of those shots are the 85 and some are the HDDA35/2.8 Macro (on the full frame! ), I find the LR lens correction does an excellent job at helping the mild vignetting in the corners, but what I would like in the crop mode is another crop mode offering, something in the middle between FF and ASP-C as I find myself feeling like I'm losing too many unnecessary pixels in full ASP-C mode, but then FF is just a tad too much, in reality when in post I tend to 16:10 aspect ratio the shot and then crop in a bit.

I knew something was going on there. I wouldn't have thought of that. Well done. It lets your models get separated better from the background .
All credit goes to the magmod fb community page, they really are a swell bunch, I have found the information provided by the developers to be leaps and bounds above other competing brands, magmod certainly seems to have a huge wedding snapper following. Currently I am restricted by only having one flash, and not an AD200 at that (I struggled for sufficient power at times). You should see other peoples work when they do this sorta thing with multiple ocf (with magmod modifiers) and more powerful flashes, truly creative amazing work!

Wonderful family shots. Nice fill light. Thanks for more of the crew.
Thanks Ted.

An FA43 crop. My last two shots here are in-camera monochrome (tweaked to liking) jpegs with corrections turned on, followed by a bit of LR post-processing. On a 30' C summer 19:00-evening.
Utterly adore this <3

Thank you again. Delightful. I hope the children were taught more of tile-making than just creating the designs.

Seeing the traffic here today there seems to be some coveting of a new K1 Mark II.

I notched up the max iso on my upgraded Mark II to 12800, and here is one.
There’s not much noise evident in that, at least at the resolution posted. How much post-processing did you do, if any?

Oops. My mistake. That one was quite a bit lower, iso 2500. Here is the one in the series at 12500. It was overexposed, so I dialed it back a couple stops. No noise processing here, just a bit of contrast and exposure adjusted. No crop. And not as good a shot either.
