Now that I have sold all my best lenses (bar a couple) ready for a swap to either a Sony A7R IV or Canon R5 I have decided to keep the K-1 for the time being :banghead: It may not be a speed demon, fashionable or have a monster sensor but I love the output and enjoy using it.


I'm having a macro phase atm ... Sigma 180mm f/3.5 DG EX along with a Canon MT-E24EX twin macro light

Remember when the K-1 Launched and everyone was excited about all the bokeh... (I find myself shooting a lot of ƒ8 and even smaller apertures :P )

Wide open, on my hands and knees on the front step...

Great macro. It might be too late to say, but next K-1 is propably going to be even better, so good to stay with what one is used to. I also like output from my K-1, even if it is slowish.

At least I kept the most important lens ... 150-450mm and 1.4x
