And a Crested Caracara. Rare to see one this far north.

K-1 and Tamron 300 2.8 AF with HD DA 1.4 TC

I got the blind repaired yesterday... finally. We spotted a lifer for up here , at least for us. A Rock Pidgeon.

Not the best image but good for ID.

And not our first but another surprise, a grackle, the flocks have left , I have no idea why this guy is still here.

The regular squirrels and Jays,

And real surprise, again, a first for our yard....an Ermine

He's very sneaky and hard to track. Hopefully I get a better image later.

I wondered where all the chipmunks went. It looks like most of them became this guy's dinners.

As always the images you post are a delight to see. I did not previous remark on the PP work you do on many scenic, architectural and interior images. The results are wonderful, very original. They prove that images done with a camera and computer can be every bit as creative and artistic as pictures done with brushes on canvas.

Partial lunar eclipse

I had taken six photos at 3:03 AM CST with my Pentax K1ii at prime focus on the Astrotech AT127EDT @f7.5, 1/20 sec., ISO 400, and wound up with a five image stack using PIPP and AutoStakkert. I processed the stack with StarTools, which allowed me to reduce the noise significantly, and tweaked it with Photoshop Elements 21. It is a learning experience.
