Due to the pandemic we have not had a "Calenberger Treckertreff" (a meeting of old farm vehicle enthusiasts) in our village for quite some time ...
But yesterday it took place again and was well attended.
Some of the old vehicles are in excellent condition but for some reason I like the true "vintage" look of the old workhorses.

This was a volunteer milkweed plant that recently appeared in the garden. Will have to see if
the monarchs discover it this fall. BTW, this lens to me is way under-rated and appreciated.

Really fine capture. Lots of detail in the feathers. I've worked on hummers and know very well how difficult it is to get an image that good.
